We Design and your privacy

We are first and foremost a company that manufactures a custom-made orthosis for you with care and diligence. From the beginning of its existence, We Design has safeguarded the importance of your privacy. We have our ISO 13485 certificate to show for it.

The information We Design has from you is your name, your date of birth, the name of your Medical Specialist and the orthosis(s) and/or fitting(s) manufactured by us.

Why do we need this data?

We need your data to ensure service and warranty to you. Without this minimum data we cannot fulfil this, this is also known to your medical instrument maker. It is important to know that if you share your data with medical professionals, you can specify which of your data may be shared with suppliers.

Our warranty and service covers repairs, adjustments and/or new orthoses as well as making appointments and answering your telephone queries.

If you are still not comfortable, you can always request your data from us. If there are things you would like to have removed, you can submit a written request to that effect.

Website

Within the website, Google Analytics cookies are used. A processor agreement has been concluded with Google for this purpose in line with the AVG legislation. In this context, the last octet of the IP address has been masked for your privacy. The ‘data sharing’ option in Google Analytics has been turned off.
