But sometimes, it's hard to understand just how much of a difference a pair of Silversplints can make—until you hear from someone who has tried them.

That’s why we’re excited to share Linda’s story, one of our Silversplints users. We recently spoke with Linda to hear how Silversplints have helped her. Read on to discover how Linda’s Silversplints have made a difference in her life.

Linda has been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since her early adulthood. Her hands were constantly painful, and her fingers were swollen, making daily tasks a challenge. She tried various solutions, from medication to physiotherapy, but nothing seemed to truly work.

One day, while browsing the internet, she came across Silversplints by We Design. She was intrigued by the concept of a beautiful, silver splint that could stabilise and support her joints while still being comfortable enough to wear all day. After some research, Linda picked up the phone and called We Design for more information. "It became clear what path to follow: doctor > hand therapist Linda explains.

A few weeks later, Linda was able to pick up her splints from her hand therapist.. “I was immediately impressed by the quality and craftsmanship.” The splints were perfectly finished and felt soft and smooth against her skin. Her hand therapist  adjusted the silver splints within minutes to fit her hands perfectly.

Linda quickly noticed a huge difference in carrying out her daily tasks. “It took some getting used to, but my hand therapist gave me great tips. Start slowly by wearing the splints for only a few hours a day at first, so your hands can adjust.” Linda says she notices the biggest difference when gripping objects, such as brushing her teeth or holding her cup of tea in the morning. “It’s just so much easier!”

When asked how she would describe her experience with the Silversplints, a big smile appears on her face. “I just love them. I use them every day, all day long. My life has been so much easier since then.” For Linda, the Silversplints from We Design are much more than just a medical aid—they have become an integral part of her daily life and have helped her reduce pain and enjoy her everyday activities with ease.
