Purpose:

To correct, and prevent an increase in severity of, MCP 2-5 joints ulnar deviation.

Adjusting:

• The degree of correction can be adjusted by adjusting the curve in the part radial of PP1.
• A deeper curve provides less correction, and a shallower curve provides more correction.
• If the skin gets trapped palmar between two rings, the opening can be made a little larger to give the skin space.
